Markings:	Nothing distinct, looks like a cat that’s been outside a long time
Circumstances:	Marked as found today but have seen this cat moving gingerly around mount pleasant area, unable to get near as hisses/bats with her paw, has a collar on that looks fairly fresh but is currently next to Exeter tool shop in alley, inside a tool box - someone had left her some food inside Any help appreciated as seen her regularly and doesn’t look in the best of ways!
