Circumstances:	Not sure if I can call this a found cat as I was not able to approach it - it was extremely scared and eating food from the trash. Looked very very startled and tired.

Hi Karmel, unfortunatley I don't. It was super scared, and trying to eat food from trash on the floor both times I encountered. So I could not take a picture.
