Circumstances:	NW10...I'd seen him a few times and my neighbour had been feeding him but I took over as I have a cat.
Other info:	Very thin (I've been feeding him for a year) but he comes and goes... but now feeding daily with me. Quite small, long body, large head in comparison. Very friendly though.
