Circumstances:	This cat has been hanging around my front and back garden for the past few weeks. He is very friendly and well groomed so I believe he is owned but maybe lost. I have been feeding him regularly and I would like to reunite him with his owner. I haven’t had a chance to take him to the vet to see if he is micro chipped but if you know whose cat he may be please contact me as soon as possible
