Circumstances:	He's been hanging around my garden for about three weeks now (since early March), we put out an old cat carrier as a shelter for him where he was sleeping for him to use. Seems very hungry and quite dirty, and eventually he came into my house for some food. I've taken him to the vets and he is not microchipped, I did put a paper collar on him but he wouldn't leave the house. He seems generally healthy but does have a scab on his head.
