Circumstances:	Cat appeared in the area suddenly and initially was interested in my cat but now is trying to gain entry to my home. The cat is out from early evening to early morning & is continuously whining. Cat is friendly but is not interested in food. Cat appears healthy but possibly a bit underweight.
