Markings:	Singular red feather on his neck and a metal ring on his leg
Circumstances:	Was startled by a noise and escaped his perch bag while on our way out. Flew towards the park behind our houses , we have walked around the park many times calling out but no response.
Other info:	He is a beautiful, kind gentle bird who loves flavoured nuts
