I brought him to vet and found his owner already. Collar with 2 fingers space, no worry! Detached the collar once the vet called his owner who confirm to pick him back afterwards.

I think this is the same cat who repeatedly came into my house in search of food a few months ago. She’s very underweight because she prefers starvation to the renal diet her owner gives her. I also reported her found.
