Circumstances:	It was just fairly still on the pavement just near Rutland Close by Chelsfield Road. Knocked on some doors. But noone recognises the dog. A passers-by with his dog offered some help too trying to feed the dog. But it wasn't interested. So currently brought it back to our house no 2. Wade Avenue on Mungo Park Estate.
