Circumstances:	Hello was curled up on pile of rubbish ready to go to tip. I approached him and he was very friendly then he was crying and walking around the garden. Then i came outside and he was following me everywhere, and is just so sweet cat. Now he had curled up in shed and sleeping, as the storm is approaching I think its the safest place for him at the moment.
