Markings:	Mainly black with heart shaped white collar, White back legs, front toes have some white spots
Circumstances:	He was sleeping on my bins and hasn't left. It was hungry and thirsty. He is not friendly with my cats so I can't let him inside the house. He is very scared, hissing a lot and very vocal.
Other info:	He is a small I think tomcat, hissing a lot when try to approach, very vocal, when ever I try to get to close it will run off.

Owner had to move quickly and on moving day the new owners kicked the cat out, while the owner agreed to pick the cat up. She couldn’t find him at the time and through social media I got in touch with a friend of the owner stating it was her cat. After a phone call and information not given on social media I could tell this was the owner.
