Location:	New Radnor, Presteigne LD8 2TR, UK

Microchipped:	Not sure
Markings:	White medallion
Circumstances:	Heard miaowing outside so opened door. Dark so used phone torch. Cat didn't run away but wouldn't come indoors either. Put some food and water out under front porch.

Am continuing to feed, cat still won't come indoors, could be feral.

Cat has disappeared, haven't seen him for 3 days. Will keep report open for a few more then assume he was roaming and close it.

Cat hadn't eaten food put out for 2 days, no sighting of him, and my cats less agitated, so deduced I was a pit stop and he's gone on his way. Do neuter your cats, it stops this roaming and negates worry of all who encounter your cat.
