Circumstances:	We was out walking and we seen a few children surrounding this cat we asked what they where doing and they laughed and said "nothing" so my partner picked the cat up and we took it home for its safety we tried lost and found posts, and posters around the area we have tried the vets but they told us to try rescues ect, we have not had any help so far and we cannot keep the poor thing as we have a dog it is not fair he has to be locked in my eldest daughters bedroom because my dog does not like cats but we did not want to leave it with those children
