Markings:	Tail is bad condition unless already like that very bushy at and thin in middle.
Circumstances:	I have seen her around before but was told she was next door's cat However I'm now questioning this because of the condition of her skin and that she seems very thin and that she seems to be wanting help and food. Someone needs to scan her for a chip.
