I have just rescued a similar cat from Fulham cemetry who as now been rehomed. I wonder if a bunch of kittens were abandoned or the mother was a stray and the kittens have left her. The kitten I found was rehomed by Protected Paws based in Barnes. I am happy to help you get this kitten neutered and rehomed too.
