Circumstances:	Cat is regularly visiting, appears to be straying as was fairly underweight and had ticks and fleas. I’ve managed to treat him for these over the last fortnight, and he’s looking better. Have tried paper collar, no response. Rained all day today and cat has clearly been out whole time in it so now making this post 11/06. V friendly so can tell he’s had contact with folk, would like to get him home. Nicknamed Muddy Puddles
