Circumstances:	Called by shop owner to scan kitty. He was hiding in the basement where the shop was experiencing a plumbing emergency with waste water covering the floor. He seemed very hungry and thin, with matted fut but otherwise healthy. Contact details from the microchip database were incorrect.
