Circumstances:	I first saw this cat close to Carlyle Square, on Kings Road, at around 3.30pm this same day (12/09/21), but went about my day. At night, at around 8.45pm, returning from a yoga class, this cat was still in the area, this time in Carlyle Square, was meowing and started following me. So i thought it was lost as it had been many hours in the streets around the same spot. If it lived near buy, or could find its way home, i guessed it would have returned home by that time?
