Circumstances:	Cat appears daily at my neighbours house wanting food it is friendly and looks in good condition. I have noticed it hanging around my home at night meowing to come in. Date/time found are both approx. I am not sure if the cat is lost or has a home and just likes eating out - it looks in good condition.
Other info:	Has along face maybe an oriental mix

No news re the Tabby/Bengal neighbour is feeding and there is a little shelter in my garden, if I can catch it I will see if the vet will scan for a chip.

Cat appeared with its coat shaved and was taken by the CPL to vet where they found that the cat was chipped and after a lot of searching eventually found the owner, as the owners details had not been updated.
