Circumstances:	He has been arond my house definitley since the start of the year, and longer. For a long time I thought he was a neighbourhood cat but he is not as he stays in my garden through all weathers, finally in the last month I've build trust and he is a very loving cat. I bought a microchip reader but cannot find a chip, although I know they can travel around the body so I do keep trying,
