Circumstances:	FOUND CAT BOW E3 This cat has been wandering around our appartment complex for a couple of days. I took it to the vet this morning and it doesn't have a microchip. It has a gps tagger that doesn't seem to be working. I tried to release it outside to see if it was confident finding its way home, only to have someone knock on my door 3 hours later as the cat had come back inside and was waiting outside my door! We live right by the motorway so a little nervous about trying to send it outside again especially as its come back anyway. Not sure what to do other than put posters up and post on groups online. The cat is in no distress, other than the odd miaow, but im sure someone is looking for it! Please contact me if this is your cat
