Circumstances:	Has anyone heard about a lost cat in Borough, specifically around Southwark Bridge Road? I've found what appears to be a very scared and hungry house cat hiding in a closed-off stairwell at 80 Southwark Bridge Road. It was extremely frightened, but when I left it food and water this week, it was clearly very hungry and thirsty. This doesn't seem to be a stray. It first appeared in the stairwell on the night of the severe thunderstorms and hasn't left since. I'm going to do everything I can to find its owner or get it somewhere safe. The challenge is that it needs to be caught, which isn't easy. The stairwell is locked, and whenever anyone gets close, it runs away. If anyone recognizes this cat, knows of someone missing a cat in the area, or has any information that could help, please let me know. Thank you!
