Circumstances:	The cat seemed like an outdoor cat, but I’m wondering if they might be lost. When I left, the cat was hanging around house number 28.
Other info:	Slim, well-kept black cat with yellow eyes. I think it may be a female. No distinctive markings and no collar or ID tag. The cat was very friendly and happily let me pet them. They seemed like an outdoor cat, but I’m wondering if they might be lost.
